Generator sales call review: coach one clear skill
Coach a sales call with specific notes. Review only records you are allowed to use and choose one behavior to improve.
Review a generator sales call by picking one skill, finding the exact moment and choosing one better next try. Judge what the seller did, not just whether the buyer bought.
Use only records your team may access and use for coaching. This task does not ask you to record new calls or upload private calls to a new tool.

Set one review goal
Choose the point that needs work. Did the seller hear the main need? Did they explain scope? Did they leave a clear next step?
A sale can still include a weak handoff. A lost sale can include a good conversation. Keep the final outcome apart from the behavior you are coaching.
Review the full context
Use the existing approved notes or recording. Keep private details within the right team. Do not put a customer call into a new tool without the needed approval.
If you use a transcript, check a key phrase against the allowed source. A caption can mishear a number or a name. Do not coach someone for a line they did not say.
Write an evidence note
Name the moment, what happened and its effect on the talk. Keep the wording fair. Ask the staff member how they understood that part.
Avoid broad labels such as weak closer. A specific action is easier to change.
Turn a broad judgment into a fact
A review note should let the seller find the same moment. Say what was asked and what answer followed. Keep your guess about the buyer out of the fact line.
If the source is unclear, leave that point open. A missing word is not a fair basis for a score.
Practice and check the change
Use a made-up buyer question to try the new approach. Let the seller say it in their own words. The answer should still match the real offer and job scope.
Agree how the coach will check progress. Review the same skill on a later suitable call. Do not change the goal each time based on whether that one buyer bought.
- One clear goal.
- Evidence, not a label.
- Staff view heard.
- One change practiced.
- A later review agreed.
