Review the Role
Read the full role page. Understand what we're looking for, what the day-to-day looks like, and whether this is a real fit for you.
Apply
Fill out the application form with your info, relevant experience, and a link to your Loom video.
Submit a Loom
Record a short Loom video answering the role-specific questions. This is how we assess communication, clarity, and fit before scheduling a call.
Screen Call
If your application stands out, we'll schedule a short call to get to know you and answer your questions.
Paid Trial or Assessment
For most roles, we'll give you a paid trial task or role-specific assessment. This lets both sides test the fit before committing.
Decision
We make decisions quickly. If you're a fit, we'll make an offer. If not, we'll tell you directly and respectfully.
A note on timeline
Most hiring decisions are made within 2 weeks of application. We don't ghost candidates — if you're not a fit, we'll tell you directly. If you are, we move fast.
