Our process is designed to be fast, transparent, and respectful of your time. Here's exactly what to expect.
Application and one account walkthrough
Apply in 10 to 15 minutes and submit one Loom walkthrough. A work sample link is optional.
20 minute screen with Evan
A short call to confirm experience, working hours, and the posted compensation.
Paid assessment
A separate paid assessment. For the Meta Ads Growth Specialist role that is a two hour account analysis for a flat $200.
Technical interview
A working session with the leader of the function. For paid media that is Milos, our Head Media Buyer.
Operating interview with Evan
How you communicate, document your work, and run a daily queue.
Decision
You get a clear answer within 48 hours of the final interview. We do not ghost candidates.
A note on timeline
Most hiring decisions are made within 2 weeks of application. We don't ghost candidates - if you're not a fit, we'll tell you directly. If you are, we move fast.
