Results Disclosure

Effective: July 1, 2025

Purpose of This Page

SwiftSocial publishes case studies, performance metrics, client testimonials, and video interviews on this website and on our YouTube channel. This page explains how those results are measured, where the data comes from, and what you should understand before drawing conclusions about your own potential outcomes.

Case Studies and Financial Data

The case studies on our Results page represent real engagements with real generator installation businesses. Each case study includes:

  • The client's name and company (used with permission).
  • The market or geographic area served.
  • The timeframe of the engagement or reporting period.
  • Campaign data including ad spend, leads generated, and cost per lead.
  • Business outcome data including completed installs, total revenue or profit, and directly tracked client profit after marketing costs.

Where the Numbers Come From

  • Ad spend, leads, and cost-per-lead are derived from advertising platform data (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) managed by SwiftSocial.
  • Appointments booked are tracked through CRM systems and scheduling tools.
  • Completed installs, revenue, and profit are generally reported by the client. SwiftSocial does not independently audit client financial records. These figures rely on the client's own accounting and reporting.
  • "Directly tracked client profit" is calculated as the client-reported total profit minus the total ad spend and SwiftSocial management fees for the stated period. This figure does not account for the client's internal costs (labor, materials, overhead) unless the client provided net margin figures.

What "Directly Tracked Client Profit" Means

When we display "directly tracked client profit" in a case study or as an aggregate, it represents the client's reported revenue or gross profit from installs attributed to our campaigns, minus the ad spend and SwiftSocial management fees paid during that period. It does not necessarily represent the client's true bottom-line profit, which depends on their own costs of goods sold, labor, materials, overhead, and other expenses.

We use this metric to illustrate the return on marketing investment relative to what the client paid for advertising and management. It is a useful but incomplete picture of overall business profitability.

Video Testimonials

Video testimonials on our site and YouTube channel are recorded interviews with real SwiftSocial clients. These interviews are not scripted. Clients share their own experiences, in their own words, on camera.

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and results. They are not promises, predictions, or guarantees that any other client will achieve similar outcomes.

Results Are Not Guarantees

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors, many of which are beyond SwiftSocial's control, including:

  • Market size, competition, and demand in your service area.
  • Ad budget and campaign duration.
  • Your team's speed-to-lead and follow-up discipline.
  • Your sales process, pricing, and close rate.
  • Seasonal factors and weather-related demand patterns.
  • Advertising platform algorithm changes and policy updates.
  • Your company's reputation, reviews, and online presence.

We discuss realistic expectations for your specific market during the strategy call. If we don't believe we can deliver meaningful results in your area, we will tell you.

Aggregate Statistics

Aggregate numbers displayed on the site (e.g., "562+ installs," "$2.4M+ in directly tracked client profit") are sums calculated from individual documented case studies — specifically, from the subset of clients with published financial breakdowns. These figures do not represent the total business impact of all SwiftSocial engagements. They are updated periodically and represent cumulative results across multiple clients and timeframes — not the results of a single engagement.

Compensation and Client Relationships

Clients featured in case studies and testimonials are or were paying clients of SwiftSocial. They were not separately compensated for their testimonials. Their participation is voluntary.
