Use generator ad questions to fix buyer-page gaps

Turn repeated buyer questions into clear page answers. Keep private details out and avoid mistaking noise for demand.

Use ad questions to find an answer missing from the buyer’s page. Log the question, check the real answer and put it where the next buyer needs it.

Repeated replies in one thread are not proof of broad demand. Count distinct questions and people where the record supports it.

    Collect questions without names

Make a short log of questions the team sees. Keep the date and ad topic. Remove names, contact details and job addresses from the writing brief.

Group questions that mean the same thing. “Do you come here?” and “Do you serve our town?” may point to one service-area gap.

Count distinct people where your records allow it. Ten replies from one argument are not ten separate buyers asking for help.

Choose a question you can answer

Pick a question that blocks a good next step. For example: does an estimate visit include a final price? Ask your sales lead what the visit actually covers.

If the answer changes by site, say which facts the team must check. Do not publish one price, install date or product claim just to make the reply short.

Fix the answer where it belongs

Add the answer to the page that the ad already uses. Put it near the point where the reader needs it. A hidden answer at the end of a long page may not help.

If there is a truly separate task, a short linked guide may fit. Keep the main answer on the decision path. Do not send the reader through three articles to learn whether you serve them.

Choose placement by the blocked decision

Put an area answer near the job and area details. Put a visit-scope answer near the request step. Put a price limit beside the price claim, not in a distant article.

If you cannot yet give the answer, say which fact the team needs. Assign that fact check before writing a confident line.

    Check what happens next

After the edit, read the page on a phone. Can someone find the answer and still take the next step? Ask the office if the same confusion keeps coming up.

Save the old wording and edit date. Fewer repeated questions may be a useful clue, but it is not proof of more sales. Keep watching the real enquiries and their fit.

Treat rude comments, spam and serious customer issues on their own terms. They are not all prompts for marketing content.

Turn repeated questions into a useful answer

Use the question-list exercise with real ad questions. Keep repeat posts by one person separate from questions asked by many buyers.
