Inspect one exact page
Check whether Google can find a key page
Use Google Search Console to inspect one important page. Separate the stored index record from a live test and save the exact finding.
Use URL Inspection in Search Console to check the exact generator page. Save the stored result, last crawl and chosen main address. If you run a live test, keep that result separate.
A page that opens on your phone is not proof it is in Google. A page in Google is not proof it ranks for the buyer phrase you want.
On this page
Open the right property and page
Use the Search Console property for your site. Paste the full page address into URL Inspection. Read the main status, then open the detail.
Write down the last crawl date and the reason shown if the page is not indexed. Check which address Google chose as the main version. That is its selected canonical.
Keep the words from the report. Do not turn “not indexed” into a guess about a penalty.
Keep stored and live results separate
The first record describes the version Google last processed. It may be older than the page you see now.
A live test checks the current page for possible access or indexing issues. It does not prove the page is already indexed. It also cannot predict Google’s chosen canonical.
Save both results if you use both. The check dates help your site owner compare them.
Fix the cause with the site owner
A blocked page, wrong page version or missing content needs a focused check. Do not change site-wide settings from one unexplained result.
If a real issue is fixed, the owner can use the normal indexing request path. A request is not a promise that Google will include the page.
Turn the result into one clear task
Do not change several settings at once. Use the report to give the site owner one question they can answer.
Record what changed before a later check. That makes it easier to tell a fixed access problem from a new search result.
Judge the right result
Being indexed is not the same as ranking for a phrase. Keep that separate from page clicks and buyer inquiries.
Save the repair and the next meaningful check. Repeating the same inspection without a change will not tell you much more.
