Clear facts that tools can read

Help search and AI tools understand your pages

Make key generator page facts readable and easy to find. Start with sound search access and clear sources, without promises of AI rankings.

Give search and AI tools a clear page to read: one buyer question, a direct answer, checked facts and a real next step. Keep the answer in page text, even when a video also explains it.

Search access and sound content are things you can check. An AI mention or top search spot is not something this checklist can promise.

Put the answer in the page text

A video can help, but key facts should not live only inside it. State what you do, where you work and what the next step is.

If a page explains a job, include the scope and source. A photo of a finished unit does not show every fact about the install.

Keep claims close to their limits. If a result is a customer’s report, say so. Do not turn it into a result every new customer should expect.

    Check the basic search path

Link to the page from a useful place on your site. Ask the site owner to check that search tools can access the public content.

Google sets a basic rule for links in its AI search tools. The page must be in its index and able to show a search snippet. No special AI text file or markup is needed for those tools.

That is Google’s guidance. Do not assume it defines how every other AI tool works.

Keep visible facts and page data in sync

Ask the builder to check the title and page text. Check structured data too, if the page uses it. All of them should describe the same facts.

Do not add hidden claims or review scores that the page cannot support. Fix old business details before adding more technical fields.

Turn a vague claim into a useful answer

A broad line such as “We do it all” leaves basic questions open. Use facts that help someone decide whether to contact you.

If you record an AI result, save the tool, exact question, date and linked page. Keep that observation separate from visits and sales. Use the dimensions the real report shows; do not combine unlike impression totals.

Measure real use, not a promise

Save the change and its date. Later, review actual search visits and useful buyer inquiries. Keep test visits out of that view.

An AI mention can vary by question and time. Record the exact result if you see one. One mention is not proof of a steady rank or a new sale.
