How SwiftSocial connects generator ads, pages and follow-up
See how the public SwiftSocial service scope links ads, lead pages, CRM and team follow-up. Use a handoff map to assess fit.
SwiftSocial’s public scope links ads, lead pages, CRM and sales support. Your team still talks with homeowners, gives estimates and does the install work.
Use a handoff map to find where your current path stalls. Then check the live Services and Investment pages for the scope and terms that apply now.

Trace one homeowner request
An ad can bring someone to a lead page. The page explains the work and gathers project details. The CRM keeps those details with the lead.
A person then needs to respond. The current Services page describes tasks, reminders, scripts and training that support this step. Those tools do not replace the team’s duty to work the enquiry.
Your team runs the estimate and follows the job through work and payment. Keep those outcomes visible so a form fill does not become the last thing anyone measures.
Map your current path first
Write how a lead moves today. Note which steps work and which cause delays. A working part may be worth keeping.
For each handoff, name the sender and the next owner. What details must pass with the lead? How does the next person know it is their turn?
Agree the work and the boundaries
The public program includes a build and test phase, then six active months of service. The plan sets the channels and work to tackle first. Check current terms on the Investment page.
Bring your existing tools to the discussion. Ask which can link to the agreed setup. A promise to connect everything without checking the tools is not a useful plan.
Ask what your team must approve and learn. The best handoff is one staff can use, not just a set of new logins.
Ask who owns each missing step
A tool can hold a lead without anyone working it. Ask who sees the new request, who replies and who checks that the reply happened.
Do the same for open quotes and job outcomes. Bring gaps to the scope discussion. Do not assume a task is included just because a tool can do part of it.
Choose the first gap to fix
You may need clearer lead fit, better phone cover or a next step for open quotes. The right first task depends on your records and crew space.
Use the service details as a starting point. The written plan should state the actual scope, roles and costs for your business.

See how the system and team fit together
This passage explains the ads, pages, CRM and training. It also makes clear that your team still sells and installs the work.
