A public reply with a useful next step
Reply to generator customer reviews
Write short, useful replies to generator customer reviews. Keep private job details out and give concerns a real business contact path.
Reply to the point in a generator review, keep job details private and give one real next step. For a concern, check the facts with the job owner before you promise a fix.
A reply is public. The job follow-up belongs on the private record. Posting an answer does not mean the issue is solved.

Keep the private discussion private
Keep home addresses and phone numbers out. Do not post bill amounts or call notes. A person may share one fact in a review. That does not mean you should post the rest.
Google asks for clear replies that keep private details out. It also bans rewards for changing or removing a review.
Do not argue line by line in public. Give a useful next step. Let the right person handle the full record through your normal process.
Check the reply before it goes out
Have one person own the final wording. If the issue is still being checked, keep the reply within what you know.
- Does it answer the actual review?
- Are the facts checked?
- Are private details left out?
- Can the named person handle the next step?
- Does it avoid a deal or reward for a review change?
Use two notes for a concern
The public reply should be brief. The private job note should hold the work needed to resolve the issue. Do not paste the private note into the review box.
Use the delay wording only when it fits the review. If you cannot match the job, say you need to check. Do not label the person fake from a missing name alone.
Save the useful lesson
If several reviews raise the same point, check the page or process behind it. Confusion about visit times may need clearer booking words.
A reply does not prove the issue is resolved. Keep the follow-up in the real job record and note what was actually completed.
