First, identify the program behind the benefit.
Generac's official installer-program page describes different paths for residential dealers, PWRcell installers and aligned contractors. Their benefits are not interchangeable.
Residential dealers
Generac describes a tiered program with rebates and marketing development funds. Confirm your account's tier, balance and eligible activities.
PWRcell installers
This is a separate battery-storage program. A PWRcell marketing benefit does not establish the allowance for a standby-generator campaign.
Aligned contractors
The public page describes purchase rewards and co-branded marketing resources. Ask which funding arrangements apply to your own account.

Give your campaign team one complete brief.
A clear brief connects manufacturer requirements to the work your team will actually deliver. Complete these six items before creative production so funding, geography and follow-up do not become separate projects.
- Account and timing
- Program, dealer tier, current balance, activity deadline, claim deadline and the person authorized to submit.
- Business objective
- Installation territory, crew capacity, intended homeowner inquiry and the person responsible for responding.
- Expense categories
- Separate media, creative production, agency services and web work. Record the eligibility decision for each proposed category.
- Creative and destination
- Exact ad version, current brand assets, offer terms and the landing destination. Include any account-specific destination or tracking requirements supplied by your program.
- Approval and delivery
- Required pre-approval, saved decision, planned dates and the evidence format your program asks you to retain.
- Measurement and records
- Campaign identifiers, spending period, invoices, payment records and the report that follows inquiries through estimates and installations.
Keep the approved campaign and the delivered campaign connected.
Save the actual creative and destination with the approval record. If the offer, ad, destination or dates change, check whether the revised version needs approval. Keep brand-specific campaign reporting from launch so later documentation does not depend on reconstructing mixed activity.
Three records. Three different jobs.
1. The creative record
Shows the ad and destination you prepared, plus the approval required for that version.
2. The delivery record
Shows what actually ran, when it ran and the associated spend. Retain the report or delivered-ad format your program requests.
3. The financial record
Shows the itemized invoice and payment evidence. Match its campaign and dates to the delivery record.
An ad preview alone does not show delivery. A paid invoice alone does not show which ad ran. For the complete document list, use the generator dealer claim-folder checklist.
Follow two results after launch.
Marketing performance
Are the right homeowners progressing?
Track qualified inquiries, booked estimates and sold installations against spend for the same campaign period. Review whether the geography matches the crews you can dispatch.
Claim progress
Where is the submission now?
Save the submission receipt, requested amount, decision and any follow-up requirements. Record the paid amount only when payment is confirmed.
See how CRM and follow-up support the inquiry-to-estimate process, and review dealer interviews and marketing results for context on the wider sales system.
Plan the work around your current rules.
Bring your dealer-program details, deadlines and campaign goals to a discussion of SwiftSocial's services. We can help organize the campaign materials and supporting records from the beginning.
SwiftSocial is an independent marketing company. Eligibility, approval and payment are determined by the applicable Generac dealer program; use its current rules for your activity.
